Besides, it borders on Shanxi province which is rich in coal. Founded in 1997, covering the area of 47,000 square meters, Henan Longding Casting Industry Co.,LTD is a famous casting enterprise for producing grids, cover blocks, automobile parts and pipe fittings manufactures, etc. It has 18,000 square meters construction area and 260 employees. In 1998, the company wined the EN1433 Germany Architectural Institution Authentication. Based on ISO9002, the company now has reformed into ISO2000. The production equipment: three automatic DISA, 2013 non-box extrusion mould lines, one Z148 tremor extrusion mould line, three five-toned environmental protection cupolas, one PILLAR electric furnace, several CK6142 numerical controlled machine tool, annular track casting cluster , impact cleaning machine, double-smelting system and automatic sand-grinding treatment system, etc. The test facilities: high-speed analysis and metallographic examination facilities, pull and press test facilities, CAD workroom, five elements chemistry analysis instrument, direct-reading spectrograph, spectrophotometer and hardness test facility. At the same time, the company owned switchboard equipment. Thereinto, DISA line can produce casting (sand mould is 600¡Á480¡Á330) 300 boxes an hour, 20,000tons per year, and Z148 line can produce casting (sand mould is 600¡Á800¡Á500 and 900¡Á850¡Á500) 5,000 tons per annum.
