The subsidiary companies includ Ningbo Yinzhou Peiyuan plate factory and Ningbo Wantong Vehicle Parts Manufacture Co., Ltd which has the right to import and export on its own account. Our main products include vehicle & motorcycle's shock absorber hardware parts, nonstandard high tension screw & nut, punching pieces and machining parts. Whereas we can manufacture special parts according to clients' drawings. It has advantageous geographical position and convenient transportation and have seted QS9000 quality system in July 2003 again The company owns a total assets of US$3,300,000 with US$1,850,000 fixed assets , and covers an area of 15,000 Sm, including 8000 Sm construction area. The total staff number is more than 250 with 2 senior engineers, 3 engineers, 10 technicians. With strong technology force and advanced technique of production, our company has the following advanced production equipments: 20 sets 10-160 punching machines, 20 sets 1040-11100 grinding machines, 9 sets numerical control machines, 1 set high frequency equipment which is imported from Taiwan and 60 sets other machine such as meter machine, milling machine, lathe ect.The self-contained inspection equipments include the CNC plated layer thickness test machine, the roughness test machine, Micro-vickers 401 MVD, Rockwell 500 MRA and a set salt and frog test equipment.
