 DuPont Huajia is developed from Huajia Chemical Co Ltd which was founded in 1988. In 1997, Huajia was renamed to Herberts Huajia Chemical Co Ltd by the transfer of 56% of Huajia¡¯s stock to Herberts GmbH. In 1999, the company was renamed to DuPont Huajia Chemical Co Ltd after Herberts was wholly acquired by DuPont.
