We specialize in the R&D, manufacturing, and marketing of Ni-MH,Ni-Cd rechargeable batteries and Chargers. Our monthly capacity is over 1 million units. We export approximately 60% of our output with annual export sales in excess of US$3.5 million, and sell 40% to domestic market by USD1.5 million. Our annual turnover is over USD6 million.
R&D capability
Each of our research and development scientists and engineers has over 10 years of experience in the Ni-MH,Ni-Cd rechargeable battery industry. Many started working on the Ni-MH,Ni-Cd battery technology when it was in its infancy, producing the first generation of Ni-MH,Ni-Cd rechargeable batteries. Equipped with facilities imported from Germany and Japan, our engineers are able to develop new products in a short time - always meeting or exceeding our customers' demands and specific requirements.
Certified quality:
We have been ISO 9001:2000 certified since 2001 and continue to adhere to these strict organizational standards. In addition, we have implemented SPC and QS9000 systems applying QCC and CWQC in each stage of operations. Our quality control lab has over 35 QC staffs and more than 20 QA engineers. All of our products are CE, UL and RoHS approved.
Insurance: All of our batteries are insured by the largest insurance company---AIU, to avoid any risks for customers and users.
Prompt delivery:
We work day and night shifts to ensure prompt delivery and to meet or exceed all of our customers' requirements. Our daily output of over 100,000 pcs is produced by 6 production lines working 24-hours per day. We ensure our customers receive on-time delivery to their various locations around the globe.
