 Mar.1995: Established in Young-Kang City Tainan and specialized in producing and selling B.B. Gun and Electronic Toys with only 10 employees in primary stage.
Jan. 1996: Established the 6 persons R&D Department, started to research and development the electronic products and vibrating massage chairs, and obtained nine patents continuously.
Jan. 1997: Went into export business to American market, turnover raised more than 30%.
Jan. 1998: In order to meet the marketing demands, we carried out the computerization and considered worldwide market as our target.
Aug.1998: Mechanical Industry Research Laboratories in Industrial Technology Research Institute entrusted HEC to develop specialized control system for hospital bed on the purpose of offering patients the most comfortable and functional use.
Apr. 1999: Established 2nd factory in order to process the rush orders.
Jul. 2000: To catch up the popularity of SPA and nail beauty market, we invite the related manufacturers and engineers to develop SPA chair and foot massage chairs for nail beauty.
Feb. 2001: Apply for ISO9001 Certification to meet the Quality Control Standard, and pass the procedures then certified.
Sep. 2001: To relieve weariness from long distance trip, we cooperated with ALOHA TECH. BUS manufacturer to create massage system installed in public transportation buses.
Nov. 2001: Following our growing business, we opened a new plant which measure of area is 1650 square meter .Employees are up to 80 people at that time.
Jan. 2002: With development of e-commerce, we set up servers of our own and established the second web site so that we can provide more detailed information and better service to our clients worldwide.
Aug. 2002: We created "Happiness" as our own brand and had successful sales on LG HOME SHOPPING in Korea. Then we registered our company's name to "HEC HAPPINESS ENTERPRISES CO. LTD."
