QINGDAO QIZHOU RUBBER CO.,LTD,with toal areas of more than 93,000 square meters,60,000 of which is for manufacturing,research and development,is located in MingCun Rubber Industrial Park,PingDu City,having more than 1,000 staffs.
Since the end of 2000,the company has already started to export all kinds of tires produced by its factory,including Agriculture Tire,Light Truck Tire,Heavy Duty Tire,Industrial Tire and OTR Tire.And the company has become a mightly intertional-market-oriented tire enterprise.
The main brands of GOLD WHEEL and BROADWAY have been enjoyed its popularity for many years.Nowadays the products of company have been sold spreading in more than forty countries and regions all over the world.It has realized its ideal,as its name suggests: SPREAD QIZHOU TIRES TO ALL SEVEN CONTINENTS.
The company has passed TUV quality approved by European Technology Center and ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification in 2000.Firstly passed China Tire Product Compulsory Certification namely CCC Certification in early 2003.And it got DOT Certification in 2004.
In 2003 the company invested USD 14,000,000 in the OFF-THE-ROAD Tire project.The new company has a total area of 50,000 square meters and has imported 8 computer-controlled shaping equipments and relevant technology from Japan.In September 2004,with the first stage project finished,100,000 sets of OTR tires with the brand MARCHER and WORLDWIDE in different size are produced annually.When all the projects are completed in June 2006,the company can produce more than 100 different kinds of tires with annual exporting value USD 100,000,000. The company is aiming to annual productivity of 300,000 sets with further investment to realize the biggest manufacture base of OFF-THE-ROAD tire in Asia.
This year,we cooperated with Amerityre.We adopt their new material for tyre and their new technology of tyre-retread for we pay them 400,000 USD per year.Now,our factory for tyre-retread is nearly completed.Next year we can produce retread tyre.
