 Linhai Zhonghao Motorcycle Co.,Ltd., Located in Linhai district, Taizhou city of Zhejiang Province, had been one of the major contract manufacturer for Qingqi Group, whom is one of the biggest motorcycles group in China. Taizhou is a coastal city, also known as the ˇ°capital of scooterˇ±, adjacent to Ningbo city on the north, 430 km south of Shanghai and 50km from Taizhou owned Haimen Sea Port.
Linhai Zhonghao had been in the motorcycles and scooter manufacturing and distribution business since 1996. The company produces scooter and motorcycles range from 50cc to 150cc under it own brand name, HOME, which is one of the popular brand in Taizhou city.
The company occupied a combined land area of approximately 80.000 square meters in Linhai Economic Development Zone. It housed it scooter engine assembly plant, scooter assemble plant, painting and coating plant, product development and testing & inspection laboratory, CKD and finished product warehouse, showroom and an office block. As at end of 2005, the company employed 360 staff in total, of which more than 80 staff are directly responsible for product R&D, testing and technical aspect of work, 40 of them are in the operational filed and remainder are skill and semi-skill workers work in various plants.
With ˇ°Quality is our Liveˇ±, Total Quality Management System had been implemented in the company since 2001. Therefore, beside investing in precision inspection and testing equipment, the company regularly conducts various in house training program for her staff, such as: quality assurance and inspection skill training, time study, behavioral training, supervisory training and etc, for the purpose of emphasizes on quality work and work effectiveness. With the integration of training, equipment and effective work process, the company had successfully received it ISO9001 Certification and 3C Certification in 2003, an international recognition of the company Quality Management.
