Ningbo Ideal Anticorrosion Material Co., Ltd. is the largest enterprise specialized in complex polyethylene tape for anticorrosion, butyl tape, butyl seam tape and sealing material in China. t has long been a permanent manufacture attached to China National Petrochemical Industry Corporation, the Ministry of Chemical Industry and China National Petroleum Corporation.
In 1998,Ideal Tape was listed into State Torch Project and won invention patent of China .In 2000,the company was issued ISO9001 Quality System Certificate, being the first one in the industry in China.
Our products consists of inner wrap tape, outer wrap tape, joint wrap tape, primer and flexible graphite sealing products, reinforced expanded graphite sheet, reinforced flexible graphite gasket, metal spiral wound gasket,
cut out gasket,
expanded graphite braided packing and flexible graphite yarns etc. It is widely used to protect steel pipes, valve, pump etc against corrosion and sealing in petroleum, petrochemical industry, natural gas, water supply, city gas and electric power industries. Annual product is 5000 tons and coating capability of 2500000 square meters. They are available standard of CHINA/SY/T0414-98 and ANSI/AWWAC214-95 etc.

The polyethylene tape coatings in the form cold and heat applied tapes have been used since about 1986 in china on petroleum, petrochemical industry, oil and gas storage and transportation, city gas, water supply, power, metallurgy, airport pipelines.
The polyethylene tape coating system in use today typically consists of butyl rubber primer(solid content 27%), corrosion protection inner wrap tape and mechanical protection outer wrap tape(thickness:0.4-1.27mm, width:50-300mm). The coating system can be tailored to meet design or construction conditions, on all kinds diameter pipelines.
