 Founded in Oct. 1972, Ningbo Mingxin Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. Is one of main factory in China Chemical Equipment Group, and as well as the biggest pressure vessel manufacture in Zhejiang. Sep. 2001, changed to stock company. We're engaged in design and manufacture pressure vessel for 30years, and have the Design License of Special Equipment (Pressure vessels of type One, Two, Three) (RSPZJHG0401-2), Manufacture License of Special Equipment (Pressure Vessels of type A2, B3) (RZZ034-2007), Manufacture License of Special Equipment(Glass Lined) (XK13-040-016), Installation, Alteration, Repair & Maintenance License of Special Equipment (Pressure Piping)(TS3810241-2009). Now, we passed Manufacture License of Special Equipment (Pressure Vessels of type C3). There're main lab, welding lab and design office equipped by computers and inspection machines. Our company is a mid-size enterprise for research, design, manufacture and installation, and passes ISO9001: 2000 International Quality Supervision System Certification.
The total assets is 180 million, has 500 workers and staff members, including 55 technician (6 super- engineer, 19 engineer, 10 primary technician, 1 super-technician, 4 technician, 15 Nondestructive Tester (RT, UT). There're 8 departments, such as technology, production, sales, quality, purchase, finance, secretary and standard, 1 general management office, 5 workshops and 1 Installation Company. Set up the Welding Test station with Ningbo Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.
Quality Guarantee System charged by quality engineer, design engineer, welding engineer, and nondestructive inspection engineer supply the excellent product. Quality department is responsibility to inspect materials, capability, annex quality and so on. Every department and workshop has clear quality schedule and aim, and checks them monthly.
