 We started to produce powder coating on July 16th, 1992. Now we have three automatic powder production lines, and produce high and middle grade powder coating of all colors. Our product line includes glossy series, low-gloss series, sand-vein series, hammer-vein series, lucency series and polyester series. To meet the requirement of global environmental protection, more and more corporations change the finishing of their metal products from plating or painting common paints to spraying powder coating. Especially the corporations producing household appliances or light industrial commodities, with the advantages of powder coating, they could make their products more remarkable, and more conformable to the export requirements. Powder coating, as the coating film for surface of metal parts, is much better than plating or common paints. It is firm, not easy to shed, with no contamination, while makes products more beautiful. To meet our customers¡¯ demand, in Feb. 1995, we began to produce applied equipments of powder coating, including static generators, automatic constant-temperature ovens (of energy-saving fuel or electrical bake). We could design and install fully automatic production lines or simple equipments according to customers¡¯ requirements. We now focus on producing powder coating and offer comprehensive services.
