Located beside the beautiful west Lake,Hangzhou Sanye Biochemical Engineering Factory is a member of both China Food Additives Association and China Biochemistry Association.Its products consist 23 items in three categories of biochemical medical preparation,food additives and dye additives,and it has passed ISO9001 and HACCP. The manufacture line of biochemical medical preparation is for the productions of pancreatin,gastric enzyme,and medical mediation reagent,etc. According to the GMP standards this newly built manufacture line is equipped with complete production and testing facilities,and it has strong technical skills. With annual output capacity of 2000-ton collagen polypeptide SY-?,200-ton hydrolyzed vegetable protein and 500 ton fermented vinegar powder,our manufacture line of food additives is equipped with eight sets of spray dryers.The productions are exported to Japan and South East Asia.Learning from years of production,we are now quitely experienced in spray drying and protein enzymolysis and are able to provide quality products with reasonable price,as well as reliable after-sale services. Dye additive manufacture line is mainly for the production of almost ten items,including organosillicon series of softener,defoamant and level dyeing agent for textile dye and papermaking.
