 Yantai TAIHONG Rubber Co., Ltd. (Original Yantai No.2 Rubber Plant) was established in April 1959. We're a specialized enterprise appointed by the Communication Ministry, the Petrochemical Industry Bureau of the state, to manufacture rubber fenders, bridge supports and other rubber products for the engineering of highway, railway, communications, harbor construction, shipbuilding etc. Our company now has RMB 22 million of fixed assets, occupies an area of 15,423.53m 2 , construction area 8,600m 2 . We now have 256 staff and workers, including 55 professional technicians, 16 of which are senior and intermediate engineer; 4 workshops, 6 managing department, 2 sales department. In order to extensively penetrating into international market and to continually improve the managing level of the enterprise, our company jointly funded with China Harbor Engineering Company (Group) Hong Kong Representative: ZhenHua Engineering Co., Ltd. in 1998, to founded Yantai TAIHONG Rubber Co., Ltd., which gained the company further development. To assure the quality of products, we set up the quality assurance system focused on GB/T19002: 1994-ISO9002: 1994 , and was certified by the National Quality Certification Organization and the United Kingdom UKAS for the quality attestation. Main products of our company are: Compressive, shearing, rotary, pneumatic, hydraulic, foam-floating type rubber fenders, applicable in all kinds of harbor construction, shipbuilding and maritime transportation, with yearly throughput of 5000 ton. For Rubber supports, Expansion joints that used on highway, railway and bridge construction, the yearly throughput is 2000 ton. For High-pressure mud suction hoses that used for transporting of liquids in dredges and marine and on land, is 3000 pcs. And the rubber products for construction and underground engineering and industry have an annual productivity of 500 ton.
