 JiaJun Ceramics started the production of fully vitrified porcelain wall and floor tiles in 1999. Currently, the company has 6 production lines, 6 kilns and 8 polishing lines engaged in the production of 420,000 m2 per month (including 100,000 m2 micro-crystal stone tiles).
The 6 production lines are all fully equipped with advanced facilities. The world¡¯s large Hydraulic Press (PH5205) and the computerized high-pressure water jet cutting machine enables JiaJun to produce tiles of various sizes, including 300*300mm or 300*600mm to 1000*1000mm or 1200*800mm, also to produce infinite number of prestigious designs to personalize each and every project. Owe to the different press die surface designs, latest charging techniques, roll printing skills and the automatic polishing lines, we are able to offer tiles with various colours and textures and three different surface effects (including polished, semi-polished and rusticated ones). The 200 meter long kilns is of the longest kilns among the global peers, which guaranteed JiaJun tiles to be the top quality in ceramic industry.
