The company now possesses the fixed asset of 30,000,000 RMB and a total staff of 300, among which there exists a high-qualified management team, 8 senior engineers, 20 people with different special technical titles and 80 people with kinds of diplomas.
The company, with the cooperation of Panzhihua University, establishes a research team specialized in the fields of ceramic poppant, magnetic materials, mechanics and electron, chemical engineering, etc.. Meanwhile, it invites the international and domestic experts in magnetism and ceramic for technical reference and instruction. Now, the company has invested to build a ceramic poppant production line with annual output of 50,000 tons in Panzhihua Vanadium and Titanium Industrial Garden.
The company, making use of the abundant vanadium and titanium resources in Panzhihua, has developed a series of high-strengthening and low-fracturing ceramic poppant, among which the indexes of 20/40 fine, 30/50 fine of 102MPa have reached the international standards and requirements. Nowadays, the products have been sold to Russia, America and South Asia, etc..
