We adopt the advanced PEM (proton exchange membrane) technology to produce higher concentration ozonated water (7.0 PPM).
PEM ozone technology is the third generation in the field of ozone generating. The feeding material is pure water. Using the noble metal polymer as the medium, adopt the cation exchanging theory, obtain the higher concentration ozone gas or higher concentration ozonated water through electrolysis water.
PEM cell separate the water into hydrogen and ozone, and some oxygen. H2O--> O3+H2+O2
There is no any secondary pollution during the whole process. The ozone gas concentration is up to 18-20% by weight, and the ozone dissolved into the water concentration is 1.0-7.0 PPM.
We also introduce the CD (corona discharge) technology to manufacture the ozone products from 1 gram/H to 400 grams/H.
