Established in 1986, Qinhuangdao Yanshan Chestnut CO.LTD is a private share holding enterprise. It is located in the center of Funing County town of Qinhuangdao City, 35 miles from Qinhuangdao City Proper, 50 miles from Shanhaiguan Air port, 240 miles from Beijing Capital Air Port and 3 miles from Jingshen express way. It enjoys advantages of convinient geographical position and transportation .With three railways ( Datong-Qinhuangdao railway, Beijing-Qinhuangdao railway and Beijing-Shenyang railway) and No.102 national highway running through Funing County town ,and No.205 highway running along the coast within the boundary of Fujing County.
With fresh air and beautiful surroundings, The plant has an area of 8500m 2 , a building area of 1500m 2 .It has a low temperature warehouse, whitch has a capcity of 400t,a chestnut freshness retaining warehouse with a volume of 800t, two sets of quick-freezing equipment and two fresh chestnut production lines with capacity of produceing fresh chestnut 50t a day and chestnut kernel 8t a day. With complete production facilities and advanced measurement instruments, as well as 400 workers including 30 technicians, the plant is mainly engaged in the business of fresh chestnut, toast ¡°kaikouxiao¡± chestnut, sugar-fried and quick-frozen chest kernel and nitrogen-filled and high temperature sterilized chest kernel packed in small bags with an annual distribution up to 1500t fresh chest and chest kernel.
