Hisense Mould Co.,Ltd is one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Hisense Group, a large scale enterprise of China. After established from Sep. 1996, it has become to a high standard and high jumping-off point industrial and product design center, with the capability of mould design and manufacture, plastic injection and coating.
Technology and marketing: On the basis of mould manufacturing and plastic injection and coating industry, Hisense mould co., Ltd. has pushed the most accurate, highest quality and most efficient molding and coating products and services to the clients. The company is specialized in the CAD/CAM/CAE technology and after years experience, it has achieved a lot on the study and application of the hot-runner technology, gas-assistant-injection technology, RHCM, flow & molding simulation analysis(CAE) technology and tiny-hole processing technics, providing molds design and manufacture for many world top 500 companies, domestic well-known home appliances companies and motorcar manufacture enterprises. Now the products has been used in the lines of precise molding, IT industry, Motorcar manufacturing industry, toilet products, home appliances and medical instrument industry in the USA, European countries, Japan, Korea and other counties of the world.
Equipment: The mold manufacture workshop occupies 15000 square meters. More than 150 units machinery equipment includes: CNC machine from CINCINNATI、TOSHIBA、MIKRON、MAKINO、HITACHI SEIKI、MORI SEIKI、DMG etc., CNC EDM from SODICK、CHING HUNG etc., CNC WEDM from SODICK、AGIE etc., and many universal machines such as lathe、grinding machine 、milling machine and so on.
