 Liaoyang Steel Tube Company Ltd (LSTC)was founded in 1992 and now is a prime welded pipe manufacturer with a registered capital of USD 12,540,000 and a total assets of about USD 125million, covering an area of 750,000 squre meter in Liaoyang City Liaoning Province in northeast China. LSTC mainly produces UOE longitudinal seam and spiral seam submerged arc welded (SAW) pipe for on-shore and off-shore petroleum and natural gas transmission pipeline, water networks, heat networks and piling.
At present, LSTC runs 3 UOE pipe product lines ans 3 SSAW pipe product lines in 4 workshops, producing UOE pipe with OD from 406mm to 1626mm, WT from 6mm to 35mm and SSAW pipe with OD from 219mm to 2540mm and WT from 5mm to 22mm. Maximal annual output capacity is 1.2 million metric tons.
LSTC was firstly granted the right to use the Official Monogram of API in March 1998 and continues to use it. In 2002 LSTC obtained the Management System Certificate of ISO9001:2000 by DNV and in 2004 as one of the few manufacturer of petroleum and natural gas transmission line pipe in China according to GB/T9711.2-1999
