Shandong Oriental Cherry Hardware Group Co.,Ltd. is a large-scale private enterprise engaged in hardware manufacture with the total capital of 370 million yuan and a staff team of over 880. It occupies 400,000 square meters and the construction area is 150,000 square meters. The company is the largest manufacture enterprise in this field in China with the annual production capability of 50,000 tons.
Main products: concrete steel nail, finish nail, shooting nail, duplex nail, thumb nail, shoe nail, roofing coiled nail, common coiled nail, Vinyl coated steel nail, various pneumatic strip nail, T nail, electric welding rod, galvanized wire and pneumatic tool of more than 30 varieties and over 1,000 specifications.
There are over 1,000 sets of advanced production equipments of International level in the company, e.g. M-90 fully automatic coiled nail production line by Korea, domestic leading auto drawbench production line, fully automatic net quenching and backfire production line, fully automatic galvanization production line, auto pneumatic strip nail production line of rolling, gluing, nailing and coating, electric welding rod production line etc.
In June, 2001, the company has passed ISO9001 certification and become one of the first-batch certified enterprises in nail industry. In December the same year, it has passed ISO14001 International environment management system certification and obtained pass for the nail products to International market.
Up till now, the company has wide domestic and overseas market. There are over 20 branches and offices, nearly 1,000 selling points all over China. Products of the company has been sold to USA, UK, Germany, Italy, Australia and coutries and regions in SE Asia.
