We are an Italian company, who has its own brands of hardware tools in Italy. These brands of hardware tools take up a great propotion within the Italian supermarkets. Of course, these tools are all purchased from China every year and our pruchased turnover was around 30 million Euro per year within China. Our business with China manufacturers has already lasted for more than 15 years. Based on the above business situation, we have just set up a trading company in China this year, which is located in Shanghai. It is fully owned and completely dominated by its mother company in Italy. It will officiate the function of purching proper goods in China, which used to be directly conducted in Italy before.
