 Harbin Optical Instrument Factory is a professional manufacture, the leader geodesic survey instrument producer in China and an exporter (also acting as an agent for top-branded Chinese factories)of a wide range of O.E.M.(Optical. Electronic and Mechanical) surveying instruments/tools, mapping instruments/tools, laser instruments/tools and closely related accessories including those used for the GPS field such as antenna poles and data collector cradles. We have been appointed by the China official to produce the surveying instrument. We have already gone through the certificate of ISO 9001 .
