 ISO 9001/2000 Designer&Manufacturer of stamping die,single station & progressive dies for sheet metal stamping and blank&pierce dies for FPC(flexible printed circuit) products. Our core business is to design, manufacture progressive and single-hit dies for the sheet metal stamping and FPC(flexible printed circuit) industry. Use wire EDM machines & CNC machining centers to construct die components. Tryout presses up to 250 tons with a 2700mm bed, ensure proper die performance in simulated production environment. Serving the automotive, computer,appliance, electronics/electrical & furniture industries.
Since our establishment in 1996, we have been engaging in the designing and manufacturing of stamping dies of single-hit dies, compound dies, multi-station and progressive dies. Currently, there are more than 60 skilled engineers and mechanics and full range of secondaries such as sodick Wire EDM, CNC machining center,milling machine, grinding machine, drilling machine and tryout press etc. Besides, for the sake of quality control, we use precise testing instruments as 3D coordinate measuring machine,projector and microscope to inspect the dimensions of the stamped parts.
