Dalian Lvsang Industry Corporation Ltd. was founded in 1989, which is a well-known joint venture company. Lvsang occupies an area of 50,000 square meters with assets of nearly 100 million and about 500 employees. Dalian is specialized in producing and machining SAND CASTIRON parts and capable of whole machine assembly. The business scope is motor parts, air compressor parts, gear boxes, automobile parts, pump and valve parts, blower parts, speed reducer parts, inspection tools parts and so on, over 3000 varieties of 15,000 tons per year. Lvsang has 3 plants which contain a foundry, a cleaning and assembly plant and a machine shop and six functional departments including business department, production department, power and equipment department, Technology and Quality Control Department, General Affairs Department and Material and Accounting Department. It has 110 sets of machining equipments, Lvsang has obtained ISO9001 certificate in 1999, and is implementing an own-designed Production Resource Plan System. With strong production capacity, complete quality control system and powerful technique, Lvsang has got many customers in Japan, America and Europe.
