 Panhua Group Co., Ltd. is one of the top 500 enterprises in China. We are the largest one and first one among all the private-owned companies in China to involve in galvanizing and prepainting industry with the largest production capacity of galvanizing and prepainting. Our regular widths are 1000, 1200, 1219 and 1250mm, regular zinc coating weights are Z100, Z120, Z140 and Z180, I.D.: 508mm, coil weight: 4-7 tons, zinc coating: +/-20gsm, prepainting thickness of PPGI: 15 microns on top side and 6 microns on back side. Other requirements, if not mentioned, will follow JIS standard.
We don't make thickness more than 1.5mm for HDGI and more than 0.8mm for PPGI. The minimum order we require is 100 tons per size per color.
Now we are starting to manufacture a new product, GALVALUME steel coils, as per SGLCC JIS G3321, from AZ60 to AZ150.
We also run shipping terminal, real estate, hotel, investment, and some other industries.
