Zhangjiakou High-Tech Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd. was established in 2005,on the basis of Ningyuan Iron & Steel Works which had changed its old economic system.It is one of the manufactures that have specialized in producing the electrically-welded steel pipes the earliest in China. The company has equipments and technologies of the high-strength electrically-welded steel pipes line which were imported from Germany.The high frequency induction equipment is imported from EFD,which is in Norway.The equipments of threading line of tubing and casing used for petroleum and the process line of coupling were imported from America.The whole equipments and process technologies is advanced in the world.The tubing and casing of grade J55 and N80 which produce in the company have covered the blank of high grade ERW tubing and casing in the country.The production line of tubing of grade N80 is the only one in the country..The company can produce 150.000 tons tubing and casing a year. According to ISO 9001¡¢API Spec Q1,the company have implemented an efficient quality assurance system.The standard used for product is API 5CT¡¢API 5B.The ERW tubing and casing which produced by the company is certificated by Tubular Goods Research Center of CNPC in November,2006.The product have the advantage of high precision,good toughness,low price and can resist crush and burst well,etc.It can instead of seamless tubing and casing gradually,to reduce the cost of the establish of the well. The company is conveniently located in High-Tech New District,Zhangjiakou city,occupying an area of 164082 square meters and has a 3.5Km special railway line.
