 Shaughnessy Holdings Ltd is the export department of Tianjin Seamless Steel Pipe Plant, which established in 1958, is a large professional enterprise producing seamless pipe. Now it has over 2400 employees and a land space of 122548 m2 with advanced technology and equipment and a perfect quality assurance system. Since it passed the ISO9001 quality system certification in 1998, the plant has also obtained the works approval certificate of China Classification society, and been authorized to use API 5CT and API 5L monogram. The plant has under itself a hot-rolled pipe sub-plant, secial steel pipe sub-plant and cold-drawn pipe sub-plant ,correspondingly forming four production lines of hot¨Crolled and cold-drawn pipe, production line of heat treatment producing high grade special pipe for petroleum service and production line of pipe finishing.
Our company has a complete set of inspection equipments .It uses hydraulic testing equipment , eddy current testing equipment, ultrasonic testing equipment and authoritative testing equipments which are introduced from America Tuboscope company. The manufacturing of these two big series of product can be organized in accordance with the national standards(GB) or with the foreign advanced standards of ISO,DIN,ASTM,and JIS .
