 The company, as a private enterprise, is mainly engaged in R&D, mold manufacture, and molding & forming business. It, previously a mold processing plant, was restructured to Sunny Mold & plastic Products Co., Ltd. in 2002 specializing in the various precise mold design, fabrication, and precise plastic forming etc. It has obtained the certificate of conformity of quality system certification of ISO 9000£º2000.
Possessing a floor area of 5,980 sq m, it is backed by all kinds of imported equipment, e.g. 1 British laser scanner, 3 imported CNC processing machines, 8 electrical discharge machines (EDM), and 4 wire cutters, and 15 Woodturning Lathes etc, its plastic injection workshop is equipped with the prestigious companies¡¯ facilities e.g. 16 plastic injection machines of various specifications introduced from Dahl Haw (HK), Toshiba and HVSKY (Canada) respectively. Additionally, it owns projects and 3- coordinate measuring instrument in an attempt to meet the requirements of mold precision. The company, boasting a total of 10-odd senior engineers, won remarkable remarks from all clients due to excellent technology, leading equipment, considerate service, reasonable price, and timely delivery etc.
