 YYL Manufacturer Union was founded by the Japanese local governments in 1954 to deal with the possible economic crisis.
Since the products were cheap and in good quality, they were welcomed and expanded rapidly. It developed a lot of branches, involving 2,374 sub-sectors, extending to the whole world, and the supplier union was expanding rapidly.
Later many companies joined in it, because of overproduction in capitalist industrialization period. They sold the cheap products with good quality to the third world. And then such sale service, low price but good quality was accepted and welcomed by customers. Then the new developing industrial countries in the third world started exporting large quantities of products to Europe and the United States.
In 1982, Singapore branch with its keen business sense, established pan-Pacific Security manufacturer Union, and in 1994 Asia sales center was established in Hong Kong with its business line extending to Asia-Pacific region. Now it is known as SMU Holding.
In the spring of 2001, SMU holding registered capital billions of HK dollars to YYL security to expand Asia-Pacific business. with the acceleration of economic globalization, plus China, Russia, headed by the country's economic engine in the global status of the growing role of Obviously, the pan-Asia-Pacific business from the four Asian power and other developed capitalist industrialized countries to move to Guangdong province, China. Thus Shenzhen YYL Security Manufacturer Union is established.
SMU Holding is headquartered in Hong Kong, China, the only one enterprise which develops business in the mainland, shares holding dozens of production-oriented enterprises in PRD, and cooperates with many domestic Security companies, such as Anyou, Xinjiushen, Luotemei, Xisiluolin, Binpu, Ruisida, Kaimei, Jinfuxing, Shiante, Yuba, Liangjian, Weichuangda.Many of them are well-known and have certificates ROHS ISO, CCC, UL and etc.
