With an annual capacity of 1 million fire extinguishers and 0.6 million high pressure seamless air bottles, the company can produce high pressure seamless air bottle of 121 specifications and fire extinguishers of 3 types (carbon dioxide, dry powder and mechanical foam) and 22 specifications which are widely applied to motor vehicle, chemical, fire fighting, medical care, petroleum, energy sources, urban construction, metallurgy, machinery and electronic departments and so on.
Haihua high pressure seamless air bottle, portable & cart carbon dioxide extinguisher, portable & cart dry powder extinguisher, portable mechanical foam extinguisher and so on are exported to Middle East, Africa, Europe, etc., passed IS09001-2000 Quality System Certification and European CE Quality System Certification and are about to pass IS011439 Quality System Certification.
The light high pressure seamless air bottle production line, built in March 2004 with annual capacity of 0.6 million, is one of the matched projects of ¡°Halon Elimination Plan in the Fire Fighting Industry in the PRC¡±. It has totally been invested for RMB137.5 million, including $6.05 million of United Nations Multilateral Fund and RMB80 million of Shandong Haihua Company Limited. The main equipments, with international advanced level, are separately introduced form Germany, Italy and Spain.
