 Zhejiang Zhong Xin Wool Textile co., Ltd., subject to the administration of Zhejiang Zhen Bei co., Ltd., is a large non-governmental enterprise specialized in wool scouring, top making, shrinking finishing, mercerizing, dyeing, spinning and knitting. It is located in Zhili County, Huzhou city on the beautiful and prosperous Hangjia Lake Plains, with the No. 318 National Highway lying on its south.
The company covers a total area of 0.2 million square meters with the factory floorage reaching as high as 0.1 million square meters. Among the total staff, 56 are medium or senior technicians. The company introduced a full set of top manufacturing equipment and CMT/Kroy modeled 48-spinneret top shrinking finishing and mercerizing production line made in Italy. At present, the company boasts a total of 20,000 spindles, with the fore-spinning equipment composed of imported equipment from Japan¡¯s OKK, St. Andrew of Italy and N.S.C. of France and post spinning equipment such as automatic SAVIO cone winding machine imported from Italy, doubling winders, double twisters, twisting machines from Switzerland. The company enjoys yearly throughputs of top, worsted wool yarns, dyed hank and dyed top reaching 3000 tons, 2300 tons, 2000 tons and 1200 tons separately. The annual throughput o knitted goods, including knitted sweaters, cashmere sweaters and underwear etc. is 1.2 million pieces.
