 Foam Ceramic Filter Series
1. CFS(Silicon Carbide Foam Ceramic Filter)
The status of requisite moulding temperature of ferroally solution and no pollution melting metal solution, decide that the basic material of Foam Ceramic Filte is SiC.
2. CFZ(Zirconia Foam Ceramic Filter)
The status of requisite moulding temperature of steel solution and no pollution meltingmetal solution, decide that the basic material of Foam Ceramic Filte is ZrO2.
3. CFA(Alumina Foam Ceramic Filter)
The basic material of FUJI brand CFA isAl2O3, with refractoriness: 1400, high strength and good heat-resistance wallop, apply to purge and filter solution of Aluminium alloy and other nunferrous alloy.
4. CFM(Magnesia Foam Ceramic Filter)
Due to magnesium alloy is vivider than other nonferrous metal, alloy, solution, can filter easily react with the main material of, foam ceramic filter, such as SiO, Al2O3 and liquate rapidly ceramic filter. So that magnesia or other oxide ceramics is adopted to filter magnesium alloy.
