 Witte-Strattec China(WSC) was established in 1996, which lies in Southease Motor, Fuzhou, Fujian. WSC starts for production serving Southeast Motor and Tianjin Motor. The Technology Cooperation Agreement was made by and between WSC and STRATTEC SECUTIRY CORPORATION, and the advanced Technology and Equipment was introduced from North America in 2001.
WSC got the funds from STRATTEC(America) and WITTE(Germany), and joint-venture was established in 2002. In the meantime, the company's name changed into Witte-Strattec China Co.,Ltd.
WSC starts successively for production in 2002 serving Shanghai GM, Shanghai VW, Chang'an Ford, Hainan Mazda, SAIC and Delphi and so on. Meanwhile, WSC provides products back to Taiwan, America and European Market. It is estimated the production value will up to $15,000,000 in 2004.
WSC have awarded QS9000, ISO9002, VDA 6.1 Certificate and TS16949 in 2000,2002 and in 2004.
