 Gansu Zhongchuan Peony Nursery, located in Lanzhou city, it is the currently largest horticulture company in China which mainly makes the research, production and sale of varieties Gansu purple speckle peony and Chinese Peony.
Gansu Zhongchuan Peony Nursery of the company covers the area of 160 hectares, being charged with the national construction project of ¡°China Peony and Peony Gene Warehouse¡±. The nursery has 12 branch nurseries such as ¡°wild variety resource nursery¡± and ¡°Gansu peony variety nursery¡±. The company takes the lead in adopting the factory breeding technique for planting of fine variety of the purple speckle peony. The annual capacity of the really growing seedlings of the purple speckle peony is 500,000 plants, the grafted seedlings 100,000 plants.
